Company Background

Sales Consultants of St. Louis is owned and operated by Don Borgschulte, CSAM. Don's recruiting career started in 1981 as an account executive with the Company Office division of Management Recruiters International. While with that group, he was a perennial Pacesetter, managed an award-winning office, and in 1992 was inducted into MRI's Hall of Fame.

In 1998, Don opened Sales Consultants of St. Louis. This new endeavor incorporated a unique 'team' approach to recruiting. Along with Cindy Krus Lorenz, Director of Recruitment, Don has built an organization that can focus more effectively on each phase of the recruitment process.
